With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background as a U.S. Army Drill Sergeant, I specialize in strength training, body recomposition, weight loss, and military-style conditioning — but more importantly, I specialize in you. My fitness journey began in 2007 and deepened through my service and leadership in the military.
